Rahul is a Mechanical Engineer who spent nearly a decade as a structural engineer in the automotive R&D sector. Guided by an inner calling to serve Bharat, he recognized education as the most powerful tool for national transformation and co-founded Parambi Learning Center in 2022.

As Director, Rahul is devoted to the school’s day-to-day functioning, actively shaping its vision of an innovative, experiential, and culturally rooted learning environment. He plays a central role in curriculum design, teacher development, and community initiatives—fostering creativity, critical thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset in students.

Sudarshana is a Software Engineer who worked as a developer in the IT industry. Inspired by her passion for education and child development, she co-founded Parambi Learning Center in 2022 and has since been actively engaged full-time in the school’s academic journey.

As Academic Head, she guides curriculum practices, pedagogical approaches, and teacher mentoring. Her hands-on involvement ensures that learning at Parambi remains joyful, balanced, and rooted in values, while embracing modern methodologies. She is committed to helping children grow with confidence, empathy, and curiosity.

Nilesh, also a Software Engineer, co-founded Parambi Learning Center in 2022 and has been a cornerstone in ensuring the school’s long-term sustainability and stability. While not involved in day-to-day operations, his strategic guidance in financial planning and practical implementation has been pivotal in laying Parambi’s strong foundations.

As Patron, Nilesh upholds the school’s genuine not-for-profit vision, ensuring growth remains driven by purpose rather than profit. His unwavering support and foresight empower Parambi as a resilient, community-driven initiative dedicated to shaping Bharat’s future through transformative education.
